Growing up, I was heavily involved in tennis, soccer, and dance. As a student-athlete in college, I was unable to participate in or try new activities. It wasn’t until I finished my career as a student-athlete and earned my degrees that I had the opportunity to give pole fitness a try.
I was introduced to pole fitness in 2014 and became an official Miss Pole Certified Instructor in January of 2017. I distinctly remember the feeling I had after my first class; it was unlike anything I had ever felt before. I felt sexy, empowered, and most of all, I had fun! Pole challenged my mind and body in ways that other activities had never done.
I hope to share my love of pole as I challenge each of my students! When I'm not as Miss Pole, I work as a Project Manager for a pharmaceutical company. In addition to pole, I love running, yoga, soccer, and cooking. I'm very excited to meet you and be a part of your pole journey!

Five feet of pure adrenaline and addicted to anything music or fitness-related. I first came to Miss Pole excited to try a new adventure and learn some new skills. I wanted to add something fun to my routine to help me tone up. What I did not expect to discover was a different version of myself - a confident and sexy version buried beneath all the daily anxieties of the real world. For years, Miss Pole has been a safe zone for me to let go of insecurities and enjoy myself without being judged while actually having FUN!
If you are looking for an outlet from your everyday life, whether your goal is to get in better shape, improve your mental health, learn a new skill, find your inner bad-ass, or feel SEXY in your own skin - Miss Pole has so much to offer you! My goal as an instructor is for everyone to leave my class
feeling happier and more confident than when they walked in.
Reasons NOT to try my classes:
● You despise fun
● You cannot stand laughing
● You hate having "me time"
● You'd rather not build strength and tone your body
● You hate feeling empowered
When not on the pole, you can catch me teaching workout classes, singing, dancing, eating, seeing friends, or relaxing with my husband and our two fur-babies, aka my golden nuggets: Drax & Gamora.

Miss Pole - Advanced+ Certification; Stretch & Strength, Chair Dance, and Burlesque

Pole Fitness Instructor, Master Pole Fitness Trainer, Stretch & Strength, Chair Dance, Burlesque, Hip Hop Dance, Group Fitness, Bootcamp, Personal Fitness Trainer, Pure Barre, Zumba
Bio Details:
My first encounter with pole fitness was when I scheduled my bachelorette party at Miss Pole in 2013. I was instantly in love, and shortly after, I signed up for my first six-week series. I attended so many classes at Miss Pole that it just made sense for me to work there!
I became a certified master instructor in 2014 and taught everything from Introduction to Pole fitness to Advanced Aerial six-week series. A few years later, I put a hold on instructing when I became pregnant with my oldest daughter.
After having two incredible daughters, I was ready to recertify as an advanced-level instructor and reembrace my passion for pole fitness.
I love pole fitness because of the amazing workout, fun and stress-free environment, and welcoming community. I became an instructor because I want to share this experience with others.
Outside of pole fitness and my role as an instructor, I have a biochemistry degree and work in a pharmaceutical laboratory. I enjoy gardening and baking and all things fitness - especially running, yoga, kickboxing.

From my very first class, way back when, I've been addicted to spinning and pirouetting to dark, moody lady pop. My favorite class to teach is Introduction to Pole Fitness; my newest students are always my most inspiring! If I could instill one lesson in each of my students, it would be to stop comparing your progress with anyone else's! Everyone grows at their own unique pace. I hold a master's degree in literature and am an educator in the Milwaukee area. When I'm not at Miss Pole, you can find me curled up with a good book, a French 75, and my cats: Esper and Astrid.

I started taking pole classes at Miss Pole to try something different; I wanted a good work out and to have fun, and that is exactly what happened! Miss Pole helped me feel great about myself in a safe and judgement free zone. After a year taking lessons, I made the decision to apply for the Miss Pole Instructor Training + Certification Program. Once I completed my certification program, I was nervous to start teaching, but equally excited to share Pole fitness with other women. My biggest benefit of being an Pole Fitness Instructor is being able to create a positive environment and help women realize how amazing and beautiful they are! When I'm not at Miss Pole, I love spending time with my two dogs and incredibly supportive husband.

When I'm not at home with my kids, I'm one of the talented instructors at Miss Pole! In 2016, after having my first son, I attended my first class at Miss Pole. While I had lost the baby weight, I wasn't comfortable with my new mom-bod. Needless to say, after my first class, I was instantly hooked! Through pole, I learned how to love my body for what it can do rather than how it looks.
I went through the Miss Pole Instructor Training + Certification Program while pregnant with my second son! Nine months after he was born, I audited the program, refreshed my skills, and was officially teaching! Miss Pole has been a huge part of my life ever since. In 2018, I became the Miss Pole - Brookfield Location Manager and have the pleasure of meeting all of the amazing women who walk through our door!
My goal as an instructor is to have each student walk away holding their head higher than when they walked in. Pole fitness is for every size and every age, and I love watching my students grow each week—not only physically, but mentally as well.
When I'm not in the studio or talking about pole dancing, I enjoy long walks through Target and Home Goods, country music, crafting, and sipping on wine while binge watching True Crime documentaries and cuddling with my cats.

Bio Details:
I guess you could call me one of Miss Pole’s OGs; I also answer to Kate. I began taking pole classes in early 2010, following a bachelorette party, and started the Instructor Certification Program shortly after. All these years later, I'm still spinning, fan-kicking, dancing, making bad jokes, and enjoying my time coaching and supporting each woman who walks through our studio doors.
The most rewarding part of instructing is to see women open-up, achieve their goals, form friendships, and encourage each other. I'm also indescribably appreciative of the positive energy shared, sisterhoods built, and the complete trust my girls have in quirky little me. There are enough voices in the world telling you not to do things and so many stigmas that can beat down a woman’s spirit, but not here. I grew up in the 90s wanting to be Baby Spice; Girl Power never dies
My weeks are spent working in experiential marketing—but as a wanderlusting Sagittarius—it’s hard to tie me down. I love to travel, and will run away for an adventure any chance I get, anywhere I can go. Music and the amazing people around it are a huge part of my life, so chances are if there’s a rock show or festival going on, you will find me there supporting my friends. I also facilitate a women’s networking group aimed to connect, encourage and empower each member to be their authentic, amazing self – and that Girl Gang is awesome.
I absolutely love animals, and have two cats: one with a mustache and bad attitude, and a black cat I adopted on a full moon Friday the 13th (so cliché). I also kidnap my sister's dog regularly, and go to yoga at the cat cafe. Admittedly, I'm the girl who greets the animal before the person.
At the core, I'm a huge nerd and find comfort in the humor and optimistic sides of life. I like pole dancing, peanut butter, sunshine, adventures, my people, Swedish fish, cartoons, my man, barre, tattoos, documentaries, the cosmos, time with my family, a good artisan cheese board, books, nature, the obscure, and anything that can make me laugh or teach me something new.

Pole Fitness Instructor

Miss Pole – Beginner Pole Fitness Certification, Chair Dance, Burlesque
Bio Details:
I began taking classes with Miss Pole in early 2019. I’d wanted to try pole for several years and was thrilled to finally do so. I was so nervous at my first class but quickly grew comfortable. Each week, my confidence grew, and my strength improved. By the end of the 6-week series, I could perform movements that had at first seemed impossible.
Shortly after that first class, I started attending local burlesque shows. You could find me at Five Night Club for Five Star Tease every Friday night. In October 2019, I made my burlesque debut as my alter ego, Sybil Shameless. Burlesque opened my eyes to how multifaceted we are as individuals.
We’re taught that we can’t be sexy and professional and can’t be friendly and maintain boundaries. These ideas are absurdly incorrect; we are the sum of all are parts coexisting inside us. I am drawn to burlesque because it allows me to combine several of my favorite things: humor, creativity, dance, body liberation, and sparkle.
Pole and burlesque have significantly increased my confidence, helped to improve my relationship with my body, and empowered me to embrace all parts of myself without shame. I am honored to be able to share these gifts with others. I practice Health At Every Size and am an advocate for body liberation. Everyone has the right to respect and safety regardless of how they look or identify. I encourage others to show up as their authentic selves and celebrate the traits that set them apart.
When I’m not dancing, you can find me at home snuggling my two cats, oscillating between darkly depressing and utterly ridiculous TV, working on puzzles, listening to podcasts, and interviewing guests for my podcast. I’m outdoors as much as possible in the summer months and enjoy hiking, kayaking, and just lounging in the sun.
I love to laugh and have never been accused of taking myself too seriously. Being a human is complicated, so I try to find fun and joy wherever I can. My goal as an instructor is to create a fun and accepting environment, empower you to connect with your body and celebrate the journey of exploration.

I've been a Miss Pole Certified Instructor for a little over seven Years. I'm kind of a goofball and I love to have a good time with my students! The most amazing part of instructing is to see students achieve their goals, push beyond their own expectations, and develop skills they never imagined.

Hello! I began my pole journey while living in Australia. After my first class, I was hooked—pole fitness became an incredible outlet for me, and I attended classes every chance I had. I gained confidence and strength and realized our bodies are much more capable than we know. I immediately knew I wanted to share this experience with others and become an instructor one day.
Unfortunately, when covid hit, my studio shut down. I missed it immensely and practiced wherever I could, even on stop signs and streetlights. As soon as I returned to America, I found Miss Pole - my happy place.
Outside of pole fitness, I am a behavior therapist for kids with autism. I feel fortunate to have two fulfilling jobs that bring me happiness every day. I also enjoy volleyball, softball, scuba diving, and traveling! I have toured 13 countries and lived in four of them. My favorite country is Thailand; I've
traveled there several times and had the opportunity to study there for seven months.
As an instructor, my goal is to inspire my students and encourage them to explore new emotional and physical experiences. I'm excited to help you discover a different side of yourself and thankful for the opportunity to be part of your pole adventure.

I've been a Miss Pole Certified Instructor since 2012 and I love every aspect of Pole Fitness. For me, pole has always been about finding empowerment by taking ownership of my sensuality. As a bonus, it’s a fantastic workout, it builds strength, and it increases flexibility and confidence! You will frequently see me dancing in my heels because it adds other elements and takes pole dancing to another level for me.
As an Instructor, I want students to find inspiration through movement and music which is why freedance is such an important element of my classes. Freedance gives students an opportunity to take what they've learned and make it their own.
When I’m not Instructing, you can find me pole dancing! I practice and perform as often as I can. I also love the outdoors, and in the warmer months you can find me hiking, biking, running, etc. I also love yoga and am a devout Green Bay Packers fan.

My journey of self-expression started as a little girl in gymnastics class. A few years later, I started to explore dance and immediately felt a deep connection. Even as a young girl, dancing was my emotional outlet. It allowed me to convey feelings I couldn't express with words, and it filled me with a sense of uncomplicated happiness. As I got older, the fluidity, energy, and grace of dancing became therapeutic—it lifted away the daily stresses and made me feel free.
I eventually veered away from dance to pursue my love of horticulture. Two degrees and multiple certifications later, I dove in and put my skills to use. My first job was managing a garden center—the garden center where I met my wonderful husband.
I discovered Miss Pole a few years later; Miss Pole led me back to dance and helped me rediscover "me-time."
After my first Introduction to Pole series, I instantly wanted to be a part of the Miss Pole team. I wanted to encourage, empower, and inspire women; I wanted to help women find confidence, strength, and the freedom that comes with dancing.
I couldn't have been more thrilled when accepted into the Miss Pole Instructor Certification Program—I was one step closer to making my dream a reality. With my son about to start kindergarten, the timing was perfect.
Fast forward to today; I am a certified instructor teaching pole fitness, aerial pole fitness, chair dance, and burlesque. Every Thursday at Miss Pole, you can catch me encouraging amazing women and spreading the love and benefits of pole fitness.

I am the pole obsessed founder of Miss Pole, Inc, a wife to my amazing husband, and a mother of three amazing kids! I found Pole Fitness in 2003, and in 2005, I opened my first studio in Brookfield, WI. Since then, I have opened two additional locations—Kenosha, WI and Madison, WI.
Before pole fitness, I tried to stay active, but conventional fitness never "inspired" me. I always enjoyed the workout that pole offered, but I fell in love with something else. What inspired me was finding a way to embrace my body, effortlessly exude confidence, and develop amazing and meaningful relationships.
As controversial as pole fitness was in 2005, I knew I had to find a way to offer my experience to as many women as possible. Miss Pole has allowed me to see countless physical transformations that include everything from increased strength and endurance to muscle toning and weight loss. However, that has NEVER been the focus, nor will it ever be the focus of Miss Pole. Seeing the emotional transformations is what makes my job so gratifying. Our classes aren't about changing yourself; they are about finding yourself, discovering what brings you to life and learning to accept and appreciate your body.

While attending college in Los Angeles, I heard about Pole Fitness classes and couldn't wait to give it a try. It wasn't until I moved to Dallas, TX, in 2014, that I took the leap of faith and began my Pole Fitness journey. When I relocated to Wisconsin, I decided it was time to take the next step and apply for the Miss Pole Training + Certification program.
Living by the quote “If there’s a will, there is a way," I remember the first time I walked into a pole fitness studio alone and I know how intimidating your first class can be. Through the empowerment I felt and the overwhelming amount of support, I knew we were all in it together and it wasn't long before I was hooked. I cannot wait to guide my students through their own pole journeys.
When I'm not taking classes, or Instructing at Miss Pole, I work as a textile Specialist for an apparel brand.. I also go to the University of Wisconsin - Superior for Sustainable Management. During my downtime, I love to travel, swim, work on craft projects and participate in Carnival. I hope to see you soon!
