Class Information
Pole 1: Welcome to Pole Fitness!  This is Miss Pole's introductory class to pole fitness.  In this class you will learn terminology, pole basics and safety, warm ups, and almost 60 moves. Included in Pole 1 are  transitions, walks, pirouettes, pole moves, and pole spins, as well the knowledge to create limitless performances. But don’t let all this fun fool you! Even though you’ll laugh your way through class, this class is going to help you build whole body strength, increased stamina, foundational skills to move on to the more challenging levels, and, most importantly, CONFIDENCE.  This class is a prerequisite for all other pole classes. Non-grip shoes or socks are recommended and heels are always welcome!
Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Lap 1: The Art of Lap Dance!  Do you love feeling sexy? Do you love a great work out?  This class is for you!  You will learn over 60 moves, including chair, wall and standing moves, walks, tricks and transitions.  These moves won’t only make you sweat… they’ll make your audience sweat! This class is a great way to add even more cardio to your fitness program and tone up your legs and core, but it will also give you all the moves and confidence to build limitless performances of your own. This class is a prerequisite for Lap Dancing 2. Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Sexy Stretch: Having trouble nailing that ONE move because your body just doesn't bend that way? If you would like to increase your over-all flexibility, Sexy Stretch class is a must! Sexy Stretch is completely dedicated to enhancing your flexibility, balance and strength. Stretching on a regular basis is an important part of maintaining correct body balance, improving your range of motion and preventing injury. This class is for structured for all flexibility levels. 
Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Sassy Stretch: Is your strength and muscle control not exactly where you want it? Sassy Stretch will work on increasing your flexibility while building strength to help you in your Pole, Lap, and Burlesque classes.  Stretching on a regular basis is an important part of maintaining correct body balance, improving your range of motion and preventing injury. This class is structured for all flexibility levels. Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Burlesque: Want to tease like an old school siren? You'll learn to bump like Bettie, dazzle like Dita, mesmerize like Marilyn, grind like Gypsy Rose Lee... and embrace every sexy, shimmying curve.  This class will give you all the tools you need to create your own tease-filled burlesque performance as well as provide you with a routine you can take home and use!  Come discover your inner bombshell! Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Burlesque Performance 101: Did you love our Burlesque fitness class, or do you love Burlesque and can’t get enough? This six week class is not just a fitness class, it is a hybrid filled with information, connections, laughter, all focused on building the perfect performance. Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minutes class per week. (Madison Only)

Pole 2: Building Your Skills! We knew you would get hooked on pole fitness... We Did! This class will take you to a whole new level with over 50 new moves.  You will learn new pole spins that continue building on your strength and stamina as you prepare for your trip up the pole. You will learn a 1-step pole climb, conditioning moves and grounded preparation for what's taught in Aerial Pole 3. Have questions about whether you're ready for Pole 2? Ask your instructor! She can work with you to determine the best plan for your fitness level and experience. This class is a prerequisite for Pole 2.5 and Aerial Pole 3. Shorts are required for Aerial Pole 3 conditioning moves, non-grip shoes or socks are recommended and heels are always welcome!

Lap 2: Perfecting The Art! Did you love how Lap Dancing 1 left you feeling sexy and strong?  We did too… so we created Lap 2 with over 40 new moves! These moves utilize all that sexy strength and stamina you built in Lap Dancing 1 and takes it to a whole new level.  You won’t believe how great you feel while you’re doing these moves and you’re audience won’t believe how great you look! Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Pole 3: Now we're going up… and upside down! You've built your skills, developed the strength, and mastered the spins, now let’s learn to climb and invert on the pole with grace and dismount with control.  Each move presented will condition your body for the next Aerial Pole level.  You’ll learn Climbs, Mounts, Dismounts, and beautiful Pole Moves that will have you looking and feeling like a Rock Star (we even have a Pole Move named Rock Star)!  Have questions about whether you’re ready for Pole 3? Ask your Instructor! She can work with you to determine the best plan for your fitness level and experience. This class is a prerequisite for Pole 4.  Shorts and tank tops required for all Aerial Pole levels.

Pole 4: Do you daydream about being up the pole instead of behind the desk? We understand! Come increase your aerial pole repertoire with all new Climbs, Mounts, Dismounts and Pole Moves!  You’ll become even more comfortable on the pole and won’t believe the increased strength and stamina you have!  Have questions about whether you’re ready for Pole 5? Ask your Instructor! She can work with you to determine the best plan for your fitness level and experience. This class is a prerequisite for Pole 5. Shorts and tank tops required for all Aerial Pole levels.

Pole 5: It’s official…YOU’RE POLE OBSESSED!  And you’re in good company! We’ll introduce even more new Climbs, Mounts, Dismounts and Pole Moves that will take you to new heights in your fitness program, pole practice and pole obsession!  Have questions about whether you’re ready for Pole 6? Ask your Instructor! She can work with you to determine the best plan for your fitness level and experience. This class is a prerequisite for Pole 6.  Shorts and tank tops required for all Aerial Pole levels.

Pole 6: There’s no stopping you now! And we’re not going to try to… so come learn more… yes MORE… new Climbs, Mounts, Dismounts and Pole Moves!  These are some of the strongest Pole Moves in the industry and you’ll learn to do them with grace, control and beauty.  So bring all that strength and confidence you’ve built and join us on the pole.  Have questions about whether you’re ready for Pole 7? Ask your Instructor! She can work with you to determine the best plan for your fitness level and experience. This class is a prerequisite for Pole 7.  Shorts and tank tops required for all Aerial Pole levels.

Pole 7: By now you just may be more comfortable on the pole than on the ground! These Pole Moves are nothing short of jaw dropping and they’ll take you to the pinnacle of strength and stamina. Be proud of yourself… this is an elite level of fitness! Have questions about whether you’re ready for Pole 8? Ask your Instructor! She can work with you to determine the best plan for your fitness level and experience. This class is a prerequisite for Pole 8.  Shorts and tank tops required for all Aerial Pole levels.

Pole 8: No, you just stay up there on the pole…and we’ll come up to join you! You are officially a Pole Master! This class is a less structured format where the fellow pole obsessed can receive instruction on safely executing, combining and performing the most challenging moves in the industry!  Cost: $85, Length: 6 weeks, one-55 minute class per week. 

Private Lesson:
 Are you looking to master a pole trick or develop strength and flexibility? Miss Pole offers private sessions in pole dancing, lap dancing, and specialty classes. Private classes are all about one-on-one attention and specific instruction to meet YOUR needs. Cost: $50 per hour (students); $75 per hour (non-students)

Private Choreography: Are you looking to dance, spin, or climb your way through a complete routine choreographed just for you?  
Cost: $100 per hour (students); $125 per hour (non-students)

Refund Policy: There are no refunds on purchased classes, private instruction, workshops, pole parties or merchandise. 

Make Up Policy: Miss Pole will accommodate one make up request when requested prior to the start of your six week class. Requests must be submitted through the comment section of your online registration form or in person at the time of registration. In fairness to all students, due to the disruptive nature of make ups, no exceptions will be made.  

Class Change Policy: Miss Pole reserves the right to change class start date if minimum number of registrants are not reached. You will be notified via email and/or telephone, at least 72 hours prior to class start date, if class changes are made.
