Cancellation Policy

Due to the advanced registration requirements at Miss Pole, we are not typically able to fill last minute vacancies created by class cancellations or class transfer requests. Therefore, we have created policies that we feel are accommodating to our existing customers and fair to Miss Pole, Inc.

Please review the policies below, as these policies are binding when you register for any class with Miss Pole, Inc.

Grace Period: Miss Pole has a registration grace period of 24 hours. In order to cancel your registration within this grace period, customers must submit written notice of cancellation via email to CustomerCare@misspole.com. Miss Pole will process and issue registration refunds within seven (7) business days.

Advanced Cancellation Notice: Miss Pole will accept registration cancellation requests, when submitted via email to CustomerCare@misspole.com at least seven (7) business days prior to your registration start date. A refund will be issued, less a $10 transfer fee, in the form of a Miss Pole Transfer Credit. A Miss Pole Transfer Credit can be used toward a future registration of the same registration type (e.g. a transfer credit from a cancelled workshop can be applied to a future workshop, a transfer credit from a cancelled drop in session an be applied toward a future drop in session, etc.). Miss Pole Transfer Credits must be used within (30) days of issuance and must be accompanied by any payment required to satisfy an outstanding registration balance.  

No Show / Late Cancellation: If written notice of cancellation is not submitted via email to CustomerCare@misspole.com at least seven (7) business days prior to your registered start date, and / or you do not attend your registered class, the full registration cost will be forfeited.

Class Delay Due to Low Enrollment: If a class's enrollment is below the studio required minimum of four (4) students, Miss Pole reserves the right to change the class start date up to 12 hours prior to the start of that class. Delays to class start dates will not exceed two weeks. If a class start date is delayed, customers will be contacted via the phone number and / or email provided at the time of registration. 

Class Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment: If a class's enrollment is below the studio required minimum of four (4) students, Miss Pole reserves the right to cancel any class up to 12 hours prior to the designated class start date and time. If a class is cancelled, students will be contacted via the phone number and / or email provided at the time of registration. In the event that a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, students may choose to either receive a full refund in the form of a Miss Pole Credit or an immediate class transfer. This credit is valid towards the future registration of any of our six-week classes at Miss Pole and will not expire. 

Instructor Illness or Facility-Related Cancellation: Occasionally, due to extenuating circumstances, Miss Pole is forced to cancel class. We are committed to our students and will make every effort to find an alternate instructor, in the event a substitute is necessary. If we are unable to find a substitute for the class, we will work closely with each class participant to provide a timely and suitable make up option. 

Open Pole Punch Card (10 Sessions): No refunds, transfers, or Miss Pole Account Credits will be given for unused punches on the punch card. Open Pole Punch Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Drop In Punch Card (10 Sessions): No refunds, transfers, or Miss Pole Account Credits will be given for unused punches on the punch card. Drop In Punch Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Drop In Punch cards may be used for both Drop In sessions and Open Pole sessions.

Private Session / Private Session Five (5) Pack: No refunds, transfers, or Miss Pole Account Credits will be given for unused private sessions. Private Sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
